What we do
- Kitchens — Layout, cabinetry, counters and the trades in the right order — so the plumber isn't waiting on the electrician.
- Bathrooms — Waterproofing done properly, tile set square, and a schedule that gets you your only bathroom back.
- Basements — Underpinning, framing, egress and permits. We handle the city so you don't spend a Tuesday at the counter.
- Additions — Rear and second-storey additions, from drawings and permits through to the final coat.
- Whole-home renovations — Gut to finish, phased so you can stay in the house where that makes sense.
- Repairs & make-goods — The jobs other contractors walked away from. We'll tell you honestly if it isn't worth doing.
